Utilised Service Conduit for their mission critical payment platforms, ATM solutions, and it is the underpinning infrastructure for their Generic Payments Platform. This is the basis of most of its strategic payments solutions managing complexity of large-scale enterprise applications, and improves time to market. Service Symphony has successfully delivered a 1m sterling fixed price project in four months that provided value added services to retail bank customers for SEPA direct debits. This system has been live since September 2009.
Service Symphony also provided the thought leadership for delivering one of the major programs on re-platforming the domestic payment infrastructure for Sweden.

Mastercard

MasterCard Access Prepaid Worldwide (APW) provides their business partners globally with fully outsourced prepaid card programme management and FX solutions. Service symphony has delivered various diverse and cutting edge systems allowing APW to service and process their business needs and customer demands more efficiently. In Nov 2011 Service Symphony delivered the award winning Multi currency purse portal, which allows servicing, selling, reloading, FX and the full end to end processing of multiple currencies on a single card.

Travelex

Travelex is the world’s leading global specialist provider of foreign exchange, with almost 35 years experience in trading in up to 80 currencies. Our consultants have been engaging with Travelex for the past three years and adding value to a number of delivery streams. One of the key areas is building the strategic ESB for integrating the internal systems with external card providers like MasterCard IPS and Fidelity. We are also providing services in other areas such as the inventory management system. We have built a payment gateway budgeted around £1m for low cost routing and transformation to various payment providers like UK BACS, SWIFT, Faster Payments etc for Travelex Global Business Payments.

Western Union Business Solutions

One of the world’s largest FX services provider in both consumer and corporate international payments market. Service Symphony have been selected to deliver their next generation state of the art payment portal targeting the Far East, European and American markets. The project budgeted in the excess of £2m has been undertaken by Service Symphony consultants right from product conceptualisation through to analysis, architecture, design, implementation and delivery.
