We have been using Service Symphony at Access Prepaid Worldwide (and previously under our former entity) for 3 years.
During this time Service Symphony have been an integral part of our IT department, architecting, designing and building a number of critical components of our solution. With the transactional middleware solution that Service Symphony have built we have massively decreased our dependencies on both the vagaries of our myriad of front end systems and our back end card processors to give us a highly available, scalable and incredibly powerful transactional solution.
After the incredible work on the “Enterprise Service Bus” we commissioned Service Symphony to be our primary technology partner on our New Product line which included a Service Orchestration Service to remove the requirement from Direct Connecting Clients and Services to use the atomic level web service calls and new Call Centre, Cardholder and Point of Sale UI screens.
During their engagement Service Symphony have been an Agile, Responsive and Professional organization, without whom we would not have been able to launch such a well received programme under such tight time constraints.
We continue to engage Service Symphony on a number of tactical and strategic enhancements to our core product set and have no hesitation in recommending their services.
